Busselton Equipment Hire is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 📞 Handle bookings both in-person and over the phone. 🔍 Perform equipment ‘check in’ and ‘check out’ inspections. 🛡️ Instruct and demonstrate safe equipment use for customers. 🧹 Clean and maintain plant machinery. 📝 Ensure accurate customer and hire paperwork. 🌿 Use your knowledge of our equipment to recommend the best solutions. 💼 Deliver exceptional customer service every day. 🕒 Schedule: Some weekend shifts required. 🔧 Ideal Candidate Will Have: 🚗 A current Driver's Licence. 🏗️ A Forklift Licence (essential). 🔧 A keen interest in mechanics and plant machinery. 🗣️ Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. 🤝 The ability to work independently and as part of a team. 🌟 A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
